Course
The Design Architect employed on our 18 hole golf
course was Donald Steel M.A., a former international golfer and
the first architect to have undertaken major work at St. Andrews
Golf Course for more than 50 years.

As well as designing the Jubilee Course in 1987,
Donald Steel was also responsible for work completed on the Eden
Course in 1988. His unique combination of professional skills
and personal interest has ensured that the 6,500 yard, Par 72
Waterstock Course is both sympathetic and challenging to players
of all standards.

Construction of the course is to the highest standard.
The greens and tees are built from top quality sand and soil and
sown with fine grasses. The site is extensively drained and a
computerised irrigation system has been installed throughout.
Excellence both in design and construction has created
a course of quality to meet all weather conditions.
The course now enjoys much success hosting local
PGA events, BB & O Representative event and is a
venue for the Elite Pro Tour. Further improvements
are being made with the new winter tees now complete and will
soon be in play.
Lake construction and the next 9 holes.
Currently, two lakes are being formed and will feature
in a further 9 holes to provide a contrasting environment for
golfers. 15,000 trees of varying sizes have been planted representing
the first phase in an ongoing programme.
